Don't Worry Darling Draws in the Crowds for Its Opening Weekend

Olivia Wilde's "Don't Worry Darling" opened this weekend with over $19 million domestically and $30 million globally.

Paul Dergarabedian, a senior Comscore analyst, said, "While no studio wants to have external forces impacting the marketing message of their movies, in this case, the drama swirling around ‘Don't Worry Darling' only served to amp up the must-see factor for the film." Dergarabedian was referencing the off-stage drama that occurred within the cast during and after production.

Florence Pugh and Harry Styles star in the psychological thriller, which is set in a 1950s overly idyllic town.

In a statement, the studio said, "We're enormously proud of this film and are pleased with these results given our modest production budget."
